Do you ship Internationally?

Unfortunately we don't. We only serve the US market.

What's the shipping cost?

On average all order shipping costs are $4.50 to any state in the US. We offer free shipping in the US on all orders over $50.

When will I receive my poducts?

All products are dispatched from our fulfillment center within 4-6 business days. After shipping, delivery usually takes an additional 1-5 business days. For example, if you place your order on a Monday, you can expect it to arrive by Friday of that week.

What is your refund policy?

In general, Patella V does not accept refunds. If you receive a damaged product, please contact support@patellav.com and once accepted. We will quickly send a replacement or issue a full refund. For more details, please check our refund policy in the footer.

For non-subscription orders, cancellations made before the order is confirmed for shipment will receive a full refund. Subscription items are subject to our subscription policy, also available in the footer.

Can I cancel after making my order?

Cancellations must be made before the product is confirmed and prepared for shipment. Once you receive an email with a tracking number, the order cannot be canceled.
